Terms of business

A clear overview of the standard terms that govern orders and services provided by TTS Support Ltd. Specific customer agreements may add detail where needed.

Terms and conditions (“Terms”) are defined by TTS Support Ltd. They set out the basis on which TTS Support Ltd (referred to as “TTS”) provides goods and services to the customer. Please read them carefully — all orders and services are bound by the following terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment terms

All products purchased remain the property of TTS Support Ltd until funds have cleared.

  • Costs charged reflect those in effect at the time the quotation was received.
  • Credit terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise specified in writing by authorised personnel.
  • Credit limits are agreed on account opening and are subject to credit checks. Increases require further checks and written agreement by both parties.

If payment terms are not adhered to, the contract will be deemed breached and TTS Support Ltd reserves the right to:

  1. Place the account on hold until overdue funds are cleared.
  2. Charge interest at 3% per month on the balance outstanding from the due date until payment is received.
  3. Cancel or suspend the credit account or contract, making all future invoices immediately due and payable.
  4. Retain possession of goods supplied.
  5. Refuse to supply further goods or services to the purchaser.

Invoice queries must be raised within 7 working days of receiving the invoice. Queries after this date may not be considered and full payment will remain due. Correspondence after 7 days regarding invoice costs may incur a £30 administration charge per attempted query.

Cancellations & returns

Returns will not be accepted unless goods are faulty or not as agreed. The purchaser is responsible for costs of any cancelled goods and services that are no fault of TTS Support Ltd. This may include, but is not limited to, travel time, mileage, bespoke parts and missed service charges. TTS Support will charge these at its discretion.

Liability

TTS Support will not be held responsible for personal injury or death caused by negligent use of any goods provided.

Warranty & guarantee

TTS Support generally does not offer fixed warranty periods. However, TTS warrants that:

  • Work will be carried out in accordance with the agreed specifications.
  • Parts fitted are free from faults and defects at the time of fitment.
  • Workmanship will comply with applicable regulations and legislation.

Any workmanship below regulation or standard will be credited and/or reattended to rectify the fault upon full evidence that the fault lies with TTS and is not due to damage, wear and tear or deliberate sabotage.

Insurances

TTS Support holds full insurance for all activities within and authorised by TTS.
